Busy, busy, busy. That describes the activity at Joseph's in Glendale Heights. The phones are ringing, the dough is being rolled, pastas are being prepared, the ovens are hot and all the fresh ingredients are being neatly chopped.
Sounds like some tasty meals are on the way. That's right. Who's responsible? Ron Pavone, the Chef/Owner, who happily works long hours to bring the surrounding community the results of his own heritage. If home is where the heart is, then Joseph's is like a second home for all their customers.
Luckily for Ron, his wife Maria shares his enthusiasm. She helps with a myriad of duties to keep the popular Italian Cuisine ready on demand and enjoys greeting customers. Ready to order? The Homemade Pizza, Pasta Specialties, head the menu. There are plenty of choices and you know everything will be made to order upon your request. So even if you are planning to Eat-In or Pick-Up your order, Ron & Maria suggest you call in advance for quick service. Joseph's Pizzas come in 4 sizes, 3 crusts, and over a dozen toppings to satisfy any craving. Complete with Ron's original pizza sauce. The pastas offer all the familiar varieties with Ron's special preparations. You can choose Ravioli, Manicotti, Lasagna, Fettuccine, or many others. How about some Linguini with red or white clam sauce? Perhaps you would like to add some meatballs or sausage. You decide - you enjoy.
Joseph's Dinners are special, too. They range from T-Bone steak to BBQ ribs and chicken to the seafood favorites of shrimp and perch. All served with choice of potatoes, salad and the home baked bread. Of course, any Italian cuisine could not be complete without some parmigiana. Ron serves up the three popular ones of veal, eggplant, and chicken to which you can add either spaghetti or mostaccioli. They're complete meals with guaranteed satisfaction. In fact, Ron and Maria say, "Our customers' desires are very important to us. We welcome their comments." And judging by the continuous activity at Joseph's after 13 years in business, they are apparently succeeding.
For a quickie lunch, you may want to try one of the sandwiches. Plenty of selections with every kind of protein for fillings. Ron's Italian roast beef is one of the favorites, but so are the burgers, meatballs, sausage, and fish fillet. A nourishing way to have a needed break. Being a repeat customer at Joseph's has even more rewards. Everytime you have an order of $7 or more, you will receive a Yellow Menu. When you have collected 20 of those menus, you will receive a large sausage pizza FREE! Just call that the sunshine promotion.
Joseph's has a reputation as the place to start your plans for that business meeting or family celebration. Talk to Maria or Ron about their party packages. Nothing like good food to stimulate the mind and increase productivity. Many companies and residents in the surrounding area have already discovered the benefits. Have you?
